Aged 59 days — right up to the legal limit for a blanco — and bottled at 46.7% ABV.

Rested in a single barrel from Westward Whiskey, the Portland-based distillery known for their exceptional single malt American whiskey. This particular barrel once held their collaboration with James Beard award-winning baker Ken Forkish, a limited release that used his legendary French sourdough levain in place of traditional yeast. One barrel, one chance.

Subtle barrel influence, nothing heavy. Additive free, just like every Acre Largo expression. The agave stays bright and clean, just with a little something extra underneath. A blanco, pushed as far as a blanco can go.
